Tip of the Week: One Quick Way to Save Time and Money

At this time of year, when the pressure of the year-end crunch combines with the pressure to prepare for the holiday season, it seems appropriate to remind everyone of one quick way to save you time (and your clients money).

Studies show that about a quarter of your work day is spent dealing with interruptions, and that it can take up to 20 minutes for your brain to get back into the groove of what you were working on before that interruption.

Try to schedule work blocks into your day when you turn off your notifications, you stop checking your email, and you let everyone know you can’t be interrupted.
